OSCR’s 24/7 Supports for Daily Living (SDL) services are for seniors who require daily and ongoing assistance in their homes, and who live in one of the designated buildings we serve.

Supports for Daily Living provide non-medical services, including:

• personal support services such as personal hygiene, activities of daily living
• homemaking services and attendant services (predetermined tasks)
• safety and reassurance checks (via phone or in person)
• 24-hour urgent response

You may also contact the local Community Care Access Centre (CCAC) and ask for a Supports for Daily Living (SDL) referral. Additional information is available through the CCAC website.
